Holga Photos - Adams Morgan, DC

Last week I headed down to Adams Morgan and ended up making some Holga images on the way to and from the metro. These are some of the resulting photos, including a couple of self portraits (the last two images).

You are a real master of the Holga. Wow. I don't even know how to begin! Mine is sitting on my desk as we speak (just arrived today). I'm both excited and nervous...I know some serious disappointments will start me off, I'm just hoping I will find some success with it as well.

Wow. Who needs photoshop when you can do that with a HOLGA.

I love my holga but can never seem to get crisp results. The vignetting looks great on yours; I assume you took the frame mask off and no just how many clicks to go for what you want. Still its like you are shooting blind and never miss the mark.

Amazing.

I am a sculptor, photographer, and mixed media artist based in the Washington, DC metro area. I sculpt with steel and glass, and enjoy people and holga / alternative processes photography best, although I experiment with many different subjects and media where I find them.
